1) You have to accommodate to your members time. (ALWAYS)

2) You have to clear all the shit.

3) You have technological uncertainties.

4) You are always the one who will bring the notebook.

5) You have to note deadlines and inform all members.

6) You have to consider risks factors.

7) You have to ensure coherent discussions.

8) You have to listen to their lame excuses. (MOST OF THE TIME)

9) You have to put up with member's gibberish. (ALL THE TIME)

10) You are responsible for their grades. (MATTERS TO THEM THEIR WHOLE LIFE TIME)

Now, doesn't it suck to be a leader. =(
